A $50 deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Cancellations made within 7 days of booking arrival date incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with more than 7 days notice incur an administration charge of 30% of total booking fee. Payments for school holidays are to be made in full 4 weeks prior to arrival ad are non-refundable unless re-booked.
If your booking is more then 180 days in advance please contact Che Sara Sara directly as bookings cannot be guaranteed. Please take time to read and understand our terms and conditions as your booking with Che Sara Sara constitutes acceptance of those terms and conditions.
We are pleased to provide a high quality of accommodation and standard of cleanliness. Guests are expected to leave the chalet, its fixtures, fittings and furniture, in similar state as found (e.g. dishes washed and put away). In the event extra cleaning is required above that generally expected, an extra charge to cover the cost of this additional cleaning will be made to your credit card.
In the event that any property is damaged maliciously, or beyond normal wear and tear associated with short-stay accommodation, or in the event that property belonging to Che Sara Sara Chalets is lost or taken during the course of the stay, Che Sara Sara Chalets reserves the right to charge the reasonable cost for repair or replacement of that property to the Guest and the Guest acknowledges that the charge may be debited from the credit card or facility used for payment of the booking.
For guests bringing pets there is a $50 cash bond payable on arrival. Please refer to our pet policy.
